Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zera Health's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a state where Zera Health operates. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Telehealth Services

Zera Health provides a platform connecting patients with independent licensed medical providers. The medical providers are not employees of Zera Health. A provider-patient relationship is established only after a provider accepts your case and conducts a consultation.

Prescriptions and Medication

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of licensed providers. Not all patients will qualify for prescription medications. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved but are prepared by licensed pharmacies.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription fees are charged in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Limitation of Liability

Zera Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
