Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

At Zera Health, we want you to feel confident in your decision to seek care with us. This policy outlines your options for cancellations and refunds in a clear, straightforward manner.

1. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund: You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided that a Provider has not yet reviewed your case or issued a prescription.
🚫 No Refund After Prescription: Once a prescription has been issued and transmitted to a pharmacy, no refund will be issued for that consultation fee or medication cycle.

To request a refund, email hello@zerahealth.org within the 7-day window with your name and order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Zera Health subscription at any time using any of the following methods:

Your cancellation request will be processed promptly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your Zera Health account and services until that date.

3. No Prorated Refunds on Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, except where required by applicable law. We do not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.

4. Medication Returns

Medication already shipped cannot be returned or refunded due to federal and state pharmacy regulations governing the return of prescription medications. This policy is in place for patient safety and regulatory compliance.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us at hello@zerahealth.org before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support team.

⚠️ Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Zera Health may result in the suspension of your account and termination of services. Fraudulent chargebacks may be subject to legal action.

6. Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. If you have a situation not covered by this policy — such as a medical emergency or provider error — please contact our support team. We will review each case individually and work to reach a fair resolution.
